Select at least six semester course credits from any of the subject area or concentration lists below: at least three semester course credits from upper-division courses; no more than 3 semester course credits from 1-credit courses. Students can choose any combination of electives or can complete a concentration in accounting, international business, management, marketing, nonprofit management, or social entrepreneurship. Students should consult with their advisors if they would like to count a 180 course toward the major. The Business Administration Program Committee will review 180 courses and keep a list of courses approved for the major.6

Concentrations

Students can choose to complete a concentration by focusing their electives on one of the a particular areas of study listed below. Note that some concentrations require more than the minimum of 41 credits required for the major. Students should consult with their advisor if they would like to count a 180 course toward a concentration. The Business Administration Program Committee will review 180 courses and keep a list of courses approved for business administration concentrations.

Accounting Concentration

MGMT 073 Financial Accounting is required for the business administration major. In addition, required for the concentration:
